This non-alcoholic speciality beer, golden in colour and with a subtle hint of hops, has its roots in the tradition of medium-bodied Helles (pale lagers). Its flavour and aroma are both exceptionally well-balanced. It is brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot).

Even today, the swing tops are still mounted on Mönchshof bottles by hand. We are very proud of this tradition, because the tops keep the carbon dioxide in the beer and can be resealed at any time so beer can be enjoyed for longer. Sustainable: Although swing tops are more expensive to produce and use than conventional bottle tops, they can be reused several times, which protects the environment.
